Terms of Service — ShipMoney

1. Acceptance

By using ShipMoney (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Service description

ShipMoney helps you add subscription billing to a deployed web app by provisioning products and prices on your own Stripe Connect account, hosting pricing pages, and surfacing a customer dashboard.

3. Accounts and data

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You retain ownership of all data you submit.

4. Platform fee

ShipMoney takes a 2% application fee on payments processed through Stripe Connect on top of any subscription fee for the Starter or Pro plan. The fee may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, for payments that violate Stripe's policies, or to spam people. We can suspend accounts that do.

6. Termination

You can cancel any time from Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. Your data is exportable for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ShipMoney's liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
