Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (email, name), project metadata (URL, framework), Stripe Connect account IDs, and customer records synced via webhooks (email, subscription status, MRR). We do not store card numbers — Stripe handles that.

How we use it

To operate the Service: authentication, dashboards, billing, transactional email (receipts, dunning), and customer support.

Subprocessors

• Supabase — auth + database
• Stripe — payments and Connect
• Resend — transactional email
• Vercel — application hosting

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@shipmoney.dev. Deletion removes your data within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security scopes queries to the owning user. Webhook signatures are verified.
